A quick rundown of how billing works before you create your account.

What counts as a billable shipment?

We only count a shipment when a customer opens its Tracklark tracking link. Multiple views of the same shipment across channels still count as one.

Does that mean Tracklark shipments last longer than competitors?

Yes. Most competitors charge per order regardless of engagement. Tracklark only bills when a customer actually opens a tracking link, so your shipment allowance stretches further across email, SMS, chat, and portal visits.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades start on your next billing cycle. Usage resets monthly.

Can I cancel any time?

You can cancel before your next renewal. The account stays active through the current period and no new charges start.
